The company

Brewster Partners Charity and Not for Profit are currently recruiting for a Implementation Manager for our client based in Leeds.

The job

This is a contract position for 6 months, with the potential to be extended.

Our client has been awarded contracts to deliver resettlement services in West Yorkshire and surrounding areas, and are now looking for an Implementation Manager of a brand new establishment.

This role will take shape in the form of overseeing the accommodation contract for reoffending females; overseeing the responsibly for setting up the day-to-day operational delivery of service. This role will also involve working with stakeholders ensuring KPI’ and SLA’s are achieved. You will oversee contractual and performance monitoring duties; ensuring you achieve objectives as well as managing the budget set

You will also be responsible for interviewing a delivery team made up of wellbeing coaches, a trainer assessor and administrator. As well as this you will have accountability for overseeing the correct implementation of safeguarding legislation and policies and supporting teams to manage risk.

The person

The successful person will have experience in successfully leading and managing a team, as well as experience of working with services/clients within the criminal justice sector. Experience of setting up and establishing influencing key stakeholders, along with building relationships with partners through managing contracts. Experience of working within sheltered accommodation would be beneficial.

You will possess a knowledge and appreciation of the issues of those within the justice system, whilst applying this toward the strategies you implement.  You will also possess a relevant management qualification or very similar experience.

This role will suit a strong communicator, as well as someone who could be available within a month’s notice.
