Brewster Partners Charity and Not for Profit are currently recruiting for a HR Manager for our client based in Leeds, who are a specialist charity.
This is a permanent, full time position.. This role offers hybrid working also.
As the HR Manager, you will oversee and direct the People Team, delegating and shaping tasks as required to achieve the above. You will also oversee recruitment for the client and the associated departments, and do so in an efficient manner, whilst ensuring you adhere to all relevant legislation.
As well as this you will provide high quality generalist HR advice to managers and colleagues on a wide range of topics including contract reviews, performance management, absence, disciplinaries and grievance issues and ensure people operations, systems, analytics, and reporting are being delivered effectively.
You will also lead on policy writing and process development at a strategic level
This role would suit someone who has experience at a similar level, and is confident on employment legislation. You will be an excellent multi tasker and will be confident in communicating throughout an entire organisation. You will be confident in policy writing, and have a well rounded generalist background.
You will also be confident in reporting and analysing HR metrics to plan for future demands, as well as having experience of overseeing the training functions, including delivering HR training
You will have feel comfortable in having direct reports and have good report writing skills
