Brewster Partners Charity and Not for Profit are currently recruiting for a HR Advisor for our client based in Harrogate, who specialise in care for adults with care needs both out in and out of the community.
This is a permanent, part time (20-22 hours per week) position.
As the HR Advisor, you will provide a proactive and operational HR service to the client, including managers and employees, across the full range of HR activities including recruitment, HR case work as well as working with the learning & development programme.
You will also advise on and employee relations issues and proactively manage the HR caseload, dealing with disciplinary and grievance hearings and any subsequent appeal panels.
As well as this, you will ensure the programme of training is delivered effectively, presenting relevant training sessions, whilst developing positive relationships with the recruitment team to assist within recruitment.
This role would suit someone who has experience at a similar level, and has a good understanding of working within a HR Generalist role.
You will also have expertise of operating in an advisory capacity to Senior Managers, whilst ensuring of adhering to all aspects of confidentiality. Ideally you will have experience of working within the social care sector, but this isn’t essential.
