Brewster Partners Charity and Not for Profit are currently recruiting for a HR Advisor for our client based in London, who are a specialist charity.
This is a permanent, full time position.
As the HR Advisor, you will provide high quality generalist HR advice to managers and colleagues on a wide range of topics including contract reviews, performance management, absence, disciplinaries and grievance issues and ensure people operations, systems, analytics, and reporting are being delivered effectively.
As well as this you will oversee HR processes including new starters and leavers process, as well as managing the HR Information System (Cascade), ensuring employee amendments and absences are updated, and accuracy of information recorded.
This role would suit someone who has experience at a similar level, as well as having a CIPD Level 5 or equivalent.
You will need to have a minimum 2 years working at advisor or generalist level, covering the a range of HR disciplines within a multi-site environment.
You will possess strong report writing skills with the ability to analyse data, whilst being able to report this into senior figures within the organisation. It would be advantageous to have experience of using Cascade also, but this isn’t essential.
