Brewster Partners Charity & Not for Profit are currently recruiting a HR Administrator for a specialist charity in Leeds.
This will be a temporary contract, for around 6 months, and will be a combination of home and office working This role will be acting as the central point between hiring managers, and candidates, and will require a lot of administration.
Within this role you will conduct all admin duties of the recruitment campaigns of the charity. This will involve speaking with candidates applying for the position, as well as collating application forms, speaking with the candidates providing updates of their applications, taking in right to work documents, as well as looking to schedule in interviews.
You will also look to discuss the vacancies with hiring managers, providing updates in regards to the vacancy, ensuring when you look to hit deadline targets to have candidates start their positions. You will also keep up to date on the number of candidates applying, as well as those who have withdrawn applications.
This role will suit someone who has experience of working in a HR or administrative position previously, and is able to communicate with people throughout an organisation. You will possess a polite manner, and be willing to be flexible in regards to the needs of the business.
You will also be confident with Excel, and possess good knowledge of confidentiality legislation and be able to start immediately.
This is a fantastic temporary opportunity to be part of a fantastic charity. A FTE salary is on offer of around £25,000 - £30,000, as well as the potential for the contract to be extended.
