The company

Brewster Partners Charity & Not for Profit are currently recruiting a Housing Officer for a Housing charity client. Based throughout the South East. This is a permanent full time role.

The job

This role will require you to support the provision of specialist supported housing in working with specific services to let and manage properties. As well as ensuring that accommodation and furnishings are available for new lets, whilst ordering replacement furniture etc. You will also lead on tenants signing up to tenancy agreements, including the use of pictorial tenancies, tenancy training.

You will also monitor and enforce any breaches in occupancy agreements, as well as assisting tenants in paying their rent and service charges, ensuring effective payment options are put in place to support them to do so.

This role will require extensive travel within the South East.

The person

The successful person will possess a full driver’s license, and will have some form of experience within this role prior.

You will be willing to travel and have good knowledge of abiding by housing association legislation
