The company

Brewster Partners Charity & Not-for-Profit are currently recruiting for a Fundraising Engagement Manager for our client based in Leeds.

The job

This is a permanent position, offering hybrid working, and is open to being both full, or part time.

The main purpose of this role is to be focused within individual giving, but the client would be open to other fundraising experience.

You will work with individuals who already give, those who are considering giving as well as working with future donors. You will aim to build long term relationships with supporters, ensuring you keep them engaged over time.

You will also be responsible for establishing and delivering a programme to engage with major donors, whilst mapping donor journeys for all individual donors.

The person

The ideal candidate will have experience of a similar position previously, as well as understanding wider fundraising activities. You will be a motivated and determined team player.

You will have a good track record of fundraising, whilst possessing at least a strong understanding of individual giving. You will feel confident in working with project deadlines, ensuring you manage this effectively.

The benefits
