Events Coordinator
The company
Brewster Partners Charity and Not for Profit are currently recruiting for an Events Coordinator within a non profit organisation in Barnsley.
The job
This is a full time, contract role for 6 months, based in Barnsley.
As the Events Coordinator, you will assume responsibility for preparing and overseeing the delivery of all types of events held within the charity.
As well as this you will:
- Produce and work to event deadlines
- Assist with the planning for and management of the events day to day operations
- Coordinate, prepare and work closley with other team members
- Manage post events activity; measuring against targets and gathering feedback
- Conduct all aspects of events admin, whilst producing reports for senior management
The person
This role will suit someone who has experience of working in a similar capacity prior, as well as possessing:
- Strong interpersonal and people management skills
- Confident in the running of events
- Excellent in multitasking
- Flexible approach in working to event schedules
- Confident in communication with other staff members; ensuring they are updated on all events needs and changes

A salary of up to £30,000, on site parking, as well as an excellent working environment, and potential hybrid working.
