Employer Engagement Officer
Brewster Partners Charity and Not for Profit are currently recruiting for an Employer Engagement Officer within a Charity organisation for their services in Camberwell.
This role is working with individuals with lived experience within the justice system.
In this role you will identify and introducing relevant skills training which meets the needs of the clients. You will provide a strong employer facing element at the heart of the employment and skills projects, which are responsible for the employer related outputs.
You will be the first point of contact for employers, promoting the service and negotiating opportunities. You will also source, develop and work with employers to provide a range of employment related opportunities.
As well as this you will engage with employers on the benefits of upskilling, contract types, progression pathways and employing people with convictions.
This role will suit someone who has experience of working in a similar position before, or someone with experience of researching labour market and identifying trends, as well as engaging employers to provide paid opportunities and work placements for candidates who face disadvantage, and come from disadvantaged backgrounds.
You will have a good understanding of labour market, as well as having the ability to research and identify labour market trends and cascade this to the caseworkers.
You will also have the ability to build positive engagement with employers and develop long standing relationships with the employers to do so.
This is a very forward thinking charity. A salary range of between £22500 - £26300, as well as offering professional development opportunities and assistance with qualifications, as well as other above standard benefits.
