The company

Brewster Partners Charity & Not for Profit are currently recruiting a PA for a leading Public Sector client. Based in Sheffield city centre, this will be a temporary 6 month contract.

The job

This is a fixed term position for 6 months, and will be done on a hybrid working basis.

Within this role you will provide administrative support to the directors through effective diary management, collating information regarding KPI’s, acting as a first point of contact for the directors, write and detail minutes, diary management and organising meetings.

As well as this you will prepare meeting agendas, whilst ensuring of communicating throughout the entire organisation.

The person

The successful person will have experience in a similar position before, in particular with a proven and effective background in administrative and diary management. You will also be adept with managing sensitive information.

You will be adept in ensuring of accuracy of work, and be a very proactive individual. You will be an excellent team player, and have the ability to communicate effectively with director level colleagues.

The benefits

This role offers a fantastic FTE salary of up to £25,400 and is a 6 month contract position
