Customer Service Advisor
The company
Brewster Partners are recruiting a Customer Service Administrator for a growing business in Barnsley to begin with, but eventually relocate to Catcliffe. This is a varied role that also offers the opportunity for career progression / development. This role would be suitable for candidates with strong customer service / admin experience looking for a business who can offer a fantastic working environment, with fantastic values and career progression.
The job
- You will be the first point of contact for customer queries
- There will be a small amount of outbound customer queries if you need to provide information / status updates
- Managing the teams inbox
- Responding to customers via social media
- Communicate to the wider external team; liaising with the warehouse, manufacturing and courier teams
- Processing information onto the companies in house system
- Delivering excellent levels of customer service and adhering to the companies values at all time
This role is open to both full or part time applicants
The person
- Proven excellent customer service skills in previous roles
- Someone with a positive, strong work ethic
- Strong attention to detail when inputting customer information
- Good level of spelling / grammar when responding to customers emails / social media queries
