The company

Brewster Partners Charity and Not for Profit are currently recruiting for a Customer Support Officer on a temporary basis for a social change charity based in Sheffield.

The job

This is a full time, temporary role until March 2022, and is remote based.

Within this role you will act on the front line, providing support for all incoming queries for all clients. You will do this through handling inbound contacts, providing good customer service, troubleshooting and raising issues to management when applicable. 

You will also support the clients to navigate the websites and troubleshoot any issues they come across.

The person

The successful candidate will have previous experience of being based in a similar position, and be confident of being the first point of contact.  You will have a confident telephone manner, and be confident with using Zoom.

You will have a strong customer focus, and be strong self starter. You will have good IT skills, and be adept with adhering to GDPR regulations. You will also be confident in analysing spreadsheets and reports.
