Community Engagement Advisor
Brewster Partners Charity and Not for Profit are currently recruiting for a Community Engagement Administrator on a temporary basis for a social change charity based in Sheffield.
This is a full time, temporary role until the end of March 2022, and is remote based.
Within this role you will provide administrative support for our online training webinars, whilst ensuring of monitoring attendance, sending out communications to participants and note taking. As well as this you will recruitment and engagement focused calls to extend the network, including to organisations interested in working with our client.
You will also check that the records held about clients on Salesforce are accurate through opening dialogue with them; updating accordingly.
The successful candidate will have previous experience of being based in a similar position, and be confident of being the first point of contact. You will also feel confident in drafting engaging communications over the phone with clients.
You will have a strong customer focus, and be strong self-starter, whilst being able to work at a fast pace. You will have good IT skills, and be confident in using Zoom. You will also be confident in managing deadlines, proactively resolving issues as you see fit.
