Careers Information and Advice Caseworker
Brewster Partners Charity and Not for Profit are currently recruiting for a Careers Information and Advice Caseworker within a Charity organisation for their services in Camberwell.
This a contract role until June 2022 and is working with individuals with lived experience within the justice system.
In this role you will work face to face with a caseload of young people, where you will assess each client’s support requirements and develop individual action plans. As well as providing a client-led support service that responds to each individual’s needs and build aspirations.
As well as this you will look to achieve set individual targets for engagement, training and employment outcomes and undertaking outreach and promotion to engage clients.
This role will suit someone who has experience of effectively assisting those with involvement in the criminal justice system, including ex-offenders to progress into education, training and employment.
You will also have experience of managing a caseload of clients and achieving set targets, as well as being confident to design and set up a range of interventions that support clients to make progress.
You will also possess an excellent awareness of the needs and concerns of disadvantaged young people from different backgrounds.
