The company

Brewster Partners Charity and Not for Profit are currently recruiting an Administrator for a charity based in Doncaster. This is a full time, contract role for around 4/5 months, with a strong possibility of going permanent.

The job

Within this role you will work across all business administration, supporting all service areas. You will act as first point of contact for the service, whilst ensuring any information you take remains confidential where needed.

As well as this, you will take notes in meetings, whilst ensuring all pre planning of meetings is completed correctly and all parties are kept updated with any changes.

You will also upload all information on to systems, ensuring this is accurate and hits key deadlines.

The person

The successful candidate will have previous experience working within a similar role and will be a strong administrator. You will be comfortable acting as the first point of contact and be a good team player. You will have a good understanding of confidentiality and be able to work at pace and hit deadlines.
