Business Support Officer
Brewster Partners Charity and Not for Profit are currently recruiting for a Business Support Officer for a charity based in Doncaster. This is a full time, contract role for at least 6 months, with a strong possibility of going permanent.
This is a full time, hybrid position, for at least 6 months, with a strong possibility of being made permanent.
Within this role you will work across all business administration, supporting all service areas. You will act as first point of contact for the service, whilst ensuring all information you take, remains confidential where needed.
As well as this, you will take notes in meetings, whilst ensuring all pre planning of meetings is completed correctly, and all parties are kept updated with any changes.
You will also upload all information on to systems, whilst ensuring this is accurate and hits key deadlines.
The successful candidate will have experience working within a similar role, and will be a strong administrator. You will be comfortable in acting as the first point of contact and be a good team player. You will have a good understanding if confidentiality, and be able to work at pace and hit deadlines.
This role paying a FTE salary of up to £19,500, offers flexibility of which days you choose to work in the office, as well as offering benefits due to working within the charity sector.
