Brewster Partners Charity and Not for Profit are currently recruiting for an Assistant Manager for our client based in Reading, this is a full time permanent role.
s the Assistant Manager, you will have responsibility of being second in command, overseeing this fantastic service.
You will also assume line management responsibility for a group of staff which will Team Leaders. As well as this you will assist the registered manager in their preparation for CQC audits and project plans. You will also participate in the On Call rota, as well as being on hand to help and guide staff members where needed.
This role will allow the successful candidate to have significant input into the training and development needed for staff members also.
The successful person will hold a QCF (NVQ) level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care or an equivalent qualification in Social Care/Health, and be confident with CQC legislation.
This role would suit an experienced senior team member, who is looking to progress their career, and has fantastic experience of working with people with autism.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience of working in complex services, as well as experience of managing a staff team, and can evidence confidence when it comes to CQC inspections.
