Brewster Partners Charity & Not for Profit are currently recruiting an Administrator Assistant for a charity in Sheffield.
This will be a full time, twelve month contract, based in our clients office in Sheffield.
Within this role you will, support with the single point of contact for referrals, as well as manning a phone line and responding to online referrals. You will also support with all assessments, whilst carrying out triage screening to advice on next best steps. You will also support clients to understand how their behaviour might affect their health and wellbeing.
You will also be responsible for all data entry into the relevant databases, ensuring that this is accurate. There may be the requirement to be occasionally able to work evenings and weekends.
This role will suit someone who has experience of an administration based role, and possess confidence to discuss confidential situations over the phone.
You will have an understanding of health inequalities including obesity, nutrition, physical activity, smoking and alcohol. You will be confident at building relationships with people from a variety of different backgrounds and ideally have an understanding of how a community based charity operates.
