Brewster Partners Charity and Not for Profit are currently recruiting for a part time Administrator within a Charity organisation for their services in Cardiff.
The main purpose of this role is provide administrative support to teams across one or more contracts, you will also monitor and manage the receipt of referrals through the relevant CRM, ensuring all information on this is accurate and correct, and is uploaded in line with SLA timelines.
You will also act as the primary point of contact for the service, whilst liaising with external agencies. As well as this you will provide reports for the service manager, ensuring these provide an accurate account of the contract SLA’s. This role will also require you to travel to other services within the area.
This is a part time role, covering Wednesday - Friday from 08:00 - 16:00.
You will be comfortable working with CRM’s and databases, whilst also having experience of working in a busy administration setting.
This role will suit someone who is adept at working at pace, and is a confident communicator. You will also possess an understanding or sympathy and appreciation of those who have been in the criminal justice system, or have suffered a form of trauma
