Brewster Partners Charity and Not for Profit are currently recruiting for an Administration Assistant within a non profit organisation in Sheffield.
This is a full time, permanent role, based in Sheffield City Centre.
Within this role you will report to two senior individuals, which will include Chief Executive. This role will involve you managing the programmes and diaries, as well as managing the administrative duties of any trips away from the office, as well as several events that will take place across the year.
You will also support the finance team in the administration of cash sheets, and look to organise all communication with any external parties that would be involved with the events.
As well as this you will administer the membership applications and renewals processes, ensuring all information is accurate, whilst keeping up to date with all changes from the members’ side.
This role will suit someone who has experience of working in a similar capacity prior, comfortable working at pace and communicating across all levels of an organisation. You will be adept with complex diary management, and be able to work to tight deadlines.
You will possess excellent attention to detail, whilst having strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work as part of a small team. You will also have some experience or an understanding of financial administration, and be able to communicate with external agencies.
