Administrator - Temporary
The company
Brewster Partners Charity and Not for Profit are currently recruiting for an Administrator for a charity based in Pontefract. This is a full time, contract role for around 8 weeks with a possibility of being extended.
The job
This is a full time, office based position, based in Pontefract.
In this role you will work across all business administration, supporting the service areas. You will act as first point of contact for the service, whilst ensuring all information you take, remains confidential where needed.
As well as this, you will take notes in meetings, whilst ensuring clerical duties are fully completed, and all parties are kept updated with any changes.
You will also upload information on to systems, whilst ensuring this is accurate and hits key deadlines.
The person
The successful candidate will have experience working within a similar role, and will be a strong administrator. You will be comfortable in acting as the first point of contact and be a good team player. You will have a thorough understanding of confidentiality and be able to work at pace and hit deadlines.
The benefits
This role offering a weekly payroll, is paying a salary of £11.14 per hour, as well as offering other exclusive benefits due to working within the charity sector.
