1st Line Support Engineer
Brewster Partners Charity and Not for Profit are currently recruiting for a 1st Line Support Engineer for a social care based charity. This is a permanent role.
This is a full time, permanent, remote based position.
Within this role you will be part of the dedicated 1st line support to the user base via telephone, email, chat and in person. You will also support the 2nd line and 3rd line IT Engineering Team with resolution, triage, whilst escalating certain situations where applicable tickets.
You will take lead in ensuring of ownership of incidents/requests and manage until the ticket can be closed with confidence.
The successful candidate will have previous experience of being based in a similar position, and be confident of being the first port of call for all IT issues. You will have experience of working remotely, and will be able to diagnose issues remotely, over the phone, email and through other methods.
You will also possess basic networking knowledge and troubleshooting skills, as well as being confident with Microsoft 365 Stack, and Windows.
