The company

Brewster Partners are delighted to be working with a successful business in Doncaster to recruit an Interim Internal Recruiter to support them through a period of growth. This role will be required for a minimum of one month so candidates must be able to start immediately.  

The job

  • Managing my clients recruitment process which involves multiple roles across different sectors 
  • Using job boards / linkedin and innovative methods to source candidates 
  • Role briefing with multiple stakeholders
  • Production of adverts
  • Sifting CVs and creating shortlists for hiring managers
  • Ensuring compliance /collating right to work and completing requisition to offer forms
  • Manage offer and rejection process
  • Working alongside the wider HR function with on boarding and contract paperwork
  • Managing CV response and booking interviews
  • Conducting face to face interviews with candidates
  • Conduct roadshows, attend job fairs and exhibitions
  • Increasing brand awareness 
  • Compiling and analysing recruitment & retention data and trends
  • Arranging training for successful candidates
  • Ensure key staff are aware of recruitment pipeline and capacity.

The person

  • Previous recruitment experience
  • Experience of high volume recruitment in a fast paced environment
  • Exceptional attention to detail skills to manage the volume of recruitment required on an ongoing basis
  • First class communication skills and have the ability to engage at all levels
  • Be immediately available and able to commit to a 3 month contract
