Account Manager (12 months)
Brewster Partners are working with a business in Chesterfield to recruit a Sales Account Manager to cover a maternity cover. The role will support the Sales Manager during maternity cover for a 12 month fixed term contract with the possibility to permanently join the sales team.
- The role will support the Sales Manager and team to achieve sales team target
- Account Management – providing excellent customer service to grow existing relationships & identifying opportunities
- Processing of sales orders
- Liaising with key stakeholders to manage customer expectations
- Identifying existing, lapsed and new business opportunities within the scope of your accounts
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers and internal colleagues at all times.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries, issues and complaints
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Ability to develop an understanding of the companies products, markets and USP’s
- Keen attention to detail
- Able to communicate to international stakeholders
- Willing to travel in the UK and abroad
- Full UK driving licence
- Holidays: 25 days plus Bank Holidays
- Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 5pm and Friday 8.30am to 4pm
- Salary: £24k
- Fixed term; Full time 12months (with option to move to permanent)
