Webchat Customer Advisor
Brewster Partners are working with a business in Rotherham to recruit a Web Based Customer Service Advisor. This is an opportunity to join a web based luxury fashion business to manage their online web enquiries. You will answer enquiries via social media, email and live chat. The ideal candiate will be a customer service champion with previous web based customer service experience.
- Monitor the companies social media platforms including Facebook / Messenger and Instagram replying to customer enquiries
- Monitor the general company Inbox, and prompty reply to customers enquiries
- Use WhatsApp for Business as a successful customer platform
- The company would provide a set of pre-approved answers but the ability to take ownership of queries with minimum guidance is essential
- Other queries may include logistics issues such as tracking packages, troubleshooting product and customer issues etc
- Providing daily / weekly reports to the Senior Management Team
- Desire to deliver second to none customer service is absolutely paramount
- Ability to use a variety of customer platforms
- Previous experience using social media, live chat to answer customer queries is essential
