The company

Brewster Partners are working with a business in Rotherham to recruit a Web Based Customer Service Advisor. This is an opportunity to join a web based luxury fashion business to manage their online web enquiries. You will answer enquiries via social media, email and live chat. The ideal candiate will be a customer service champion with previous web based customer service experience.  

The job

  • Monitor the companies social media platforms including Facebook / Messenger and Instagram replying to customer enquiries 
  • Monitor the general company Inbox, and prompty reply to customers enquiries
  • Use WhatsApp for Business as a successful customer platform
  • The company would provide a set of pre-approved answers but the ability to take ownership of queries with minimum guidance is essential
  • Other queries may include logistics issues such as tracking packages, troubleshooting product and customer issues etc
  • Providing daily / weekly reports to the Senior Management Team 

The person

  • Desire to deliver second to none customer service is absolutely paramount 
  • Ability to use a variety of customer platforms 
  • Previous experience using social media, live chat to answer customer queries is essential
