The company

Brewster Partners Recruitment Group are working with an employer of choice in Rotherham to recruit a Office Administrator. My client is in the property industry and looking for an organised administrator to join their growing business. 

The job

Duties include:

  • Providing an optimal customer service to both external and internal customers
  • General day to day running of the office 
  • Ordering stationary
  • Inputting invoices 
  • Orgnaising diaries and meetings 
  • Updating the system
  • Taking messages for the sales department
  • Answering the telephones in an efficient and professional manner
  • Develop and maintain effective communication with external and internal customers 
  • Reply to all customer demands and/or complaints according to the existing procedures and within the shortest possible delay
  • Complete required paperwork accurately and submit by the requested dates
  • Ensure filing is kept up to date

The person

  • Previous customer service and administration experience 
  • Positive attitude and willing to be flexible
