The company

Brewster Partners are excited to be recruiting for two Accounts Payable Clerks / Purchase Ledger Clerk to join a fast paced, growing manufacturing business who are number 1 in their field. The role sits as part of a wider accounts payable team, and would suit someone who is driven, wants to progress, and who is comfortable dealing with high volumes of invoices with accuracy and efficiency. The ideal candidarte will have previous Accounts Payable / Purchase Ledger experience.

The job

  • Processing high volume purchase ledger, up to 300 - 400 invoices a day
  • Processing stock invoices
  • Using ERP software 
  • Manually processing as needed 

The person

  • Previous purchase ledger experience is essential
  • Experience of working in a large company would be advantageous
  • Experience of working with high volumes of invoices
  • Good IT skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Experience with ERP software would be an advantage
