The company

Brewster Partners Charity and Not for profit are currently looking for a Personal Wellbeing Coach to join our client, based in Gwent - South Wales.  The offices are easily accessible from surrounding areas.  The Charity is well known and is rapidly expanding so there is real opportunity for progression. This role requires a full driving licence.

The job

This is a full-time permanent role which requires you to attend different locations.

Full driving licence is required.

Within this role you will be required to:

  • Work with service users flexibly, meeting and undertaking interventions in a range of prescribed locations across a wide geographical area
  • Work closely with the supervisor, escalating relevant issues
  • Using agreed CRM databases, record all activity relating to caseload
  • Positively represent the Charity in all external meetings including conferences, seminars, and other events.
  • Provide person-centred support to a caseload of service users
  • Support our out-of-hours service either through weekday telephone helpline (5pm-8pm) and/or occasional Saturday drop-in sessions
  • Proactively adopt a learning approach to the role

The person

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Personal Wellbeing Coach to join the team.

The right candidate will have experience as below:

  • Plan goals, and keeping to deadlines
  • Experience in working with vulnerable people
  • Confident being the first point of contact
  • An ability to work sensitively with clients applying trauma informed strategies
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Team player who can work autonomously
  • Experience of working within male adults in the criminal justice system
  • You will be happy to play a key role within our company
  • Strong analytical skills and eye for detail
  • Experience of engaging successfully with challenging people
  • Mental health awareness
  • Ability to develop and maintain a workplace environment which is supportive, and safe.
  • Commitment to and understanding of safeguarding and professional boundaries

L3 in Advice and Guidance or equivalent is desired.
