Brewster Partners Charity and Not for Profit are currently recruiting an Administrator for a company based in Sheffield. This is a part-time, permanent position with a FTE salary opportunity of £22,000.

The job

This is a part time (22.5 hours), permanent position with an opportunity of hybrid work.

Within this role you will be required to:

  • Maintain and develop information systems, ensuring that electronic systems are kept up to date.
  • Provide training and process documentations for users
  • Create accurate and high quality monthly and quarterly data reports capturing requirements included in specified contracts
  • Ensure that all reporting requirements are achieved in time

The person

  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Previous experience of database management
  • Positive attitude with ability to deal with challenging situations
  • Must be able to work independently
  • Experience in data analysis
  • Be able to maintain strict confidentiality
