 Brewster Partners are working with a successful e-commerce service looking for a product marketing assistant.

 An exciting new role for an ever growing company.

The job

  • Creating sales led product listings for websites spanning multiple different B2B audiences, including some more technical content requirements 
  • Using Google Analytics to understand what pages are successful and why
  • Researching the relevant B2B markets to understand the product mix that our different audiences are looking for and make range recommendations based on this understanding
  • Working closely with suppliers to ensure product information, pricing and lead times are carefully managed to provide our customers with an optimum level of service and to ensure our product listings are informed and comprehensive
  • Maintaining product related content across our eCommerce websites, internal systems and all marketing channels
  • Identifying gaps in existing content and suggest improvements that ultimately convert to sales
  • Helping to deliver a plan of continuous improvement for all product content
  • Checking product information against external sources to ensure accuracy, relevance and any required improvements
  • Writing category/products guides, FAQ’s, news articles, special offer and promotional content
  • Track and report on products and ranges using all available data
  • Using our existing tools to understand customer purchase journey and utilising this understanding to suggest improvements where necessary
  • Working with the wider marketing team to develop and maintain content marketing plans
  • Undertaking additional marketing related duties

The person

  • Experience writing content for eCommerce websites
  • Knowledge & experience of best practice SEO copywriting
  • An understanding of Google Analytics and social platforms reporting tools to help inform future content, improvements to existing content and the success of conversion
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • A positive, committed 'can do' attitude
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Have great attention to detail
  • Be methodical, focused & self-motivated
  • Be willing to learn new skills and technology
