The job

  • Client relationship management and retention
  • Account growth
  • Timely and responsive client communications
  • Maintaining account service levels
  • Account budget control
  • Project scoping and coordination of SOWs/MSAs
  • Briefing delivery specialists
  • Ensuring on-time delivery
  • Use of BI to make account process improvements
  • Quality assurance
  • Integrated marketing planning
  • Strategy review and performance tracking
  • Conducting workshops
  • Leading client meetings
  • Participating in the development of proposals
  • Taking part in new business pitches

The person

  • Previous account management experience in an agency environment
  • Experience in B2B marketing and/or communications
  • Experience dealing with a range of stakeholders and building client relationships
  • Experience managing deadlines and ensuring the on-time, high quality delivery of work
  • Commercially savvy – identifies opportunities for client development
  • Life sciences experience is desirable but not essential
