The company

Brewster Partners have a fantastic opportunity for a Digital Marketing Manager. You will be responsible for attracting inbound traffic that you can convert, close and delight, you will bring the strategy to life, managing lead and audience engagement while measuring performance of brand, engagement and conversion.

The job

  • Using a broad range of channels and developing relevant content to wow and inspire. This will include earned social media that may include interviews, vlogs, product reviews, brand affinity, shareworthy content and media connections
  • Develop content strategy specifically designed to appeal to our target prospects to include video, virtual tours, copy, conversational bots, attracting qualified leads to meet specific targets, increasing traffic and lead conversion
  • Implementation of a robust PR strategy that positions our brands as forward thinking, quality home builders, enhancing the communities we build in, caring for our local areas and proud of the legal we leave. This should include development of relevant blogs/vlogs to tell our story in an engaging way
  • Community building through early stage relationships in new development locations, promoting our brand, values and ethos, creating positive feedback and engagement from local communities
  • Engage with our digital and creative agencies as appropriate to develop and deliver a content plan to support the PR and social strategy, developing engaging video and imagery
  • Identify events, sponsorship, networking, awards and partnership opportunities that will build brand awareness, meet our business plan objectives and support our regions in achieving overall targets
  • Ensure project plans are implemented and timescales are met at all times, highlighting programme milestones
  • Manage all data requirements to ensure we operate within legal and GDPR regulations at all times
  • Make messaging resonate with audiences, through a thorough understanding of demographics, needs, trends and data analysis, using landing pages and email to engage and convert

  • Excellent communication skills, ensuring relevant information is shared, which include communicating issues effectively to appropriate colleagues in the business to ensure better outcomes and results.
