Brewster Partners are supporting with an urgent requirement for an interim HRBP for a manufacturing company based in Sheffield.
This role is required immediately, to start in April 2019 and will be circa 12 months, please consider this when applying.
You will be required to work with the HR Leadership team and work stream leaders to effectively and efficiently roll out the organisational transformation programme
Build strong relationships with management and provide coaching, advice and guidance on all aspects of the change programme
Work with work stream leaders to develop detailed proposals including workflows, decision rights, org charts, job descriptions and impact assessments
Assist work stream leaders with skills gap analysis
Manage and prepare consultation process for all change activities including preparation of all documentation required and coaching of managers as required
Manage change process activities including employee assessments, job descriptions, identify training requirements, resolve queries and all associated administration
Support all employees with the transition process where required
Maintain business wide implementation status tracker and cost model and report on progress
Coordinate and Support TU meetings
Develop all briefing materials
Update HR system as required
CIPD Level 5 or above is desirable, as well as a project management qualification.
Organisational change and design knowledge is essential.
