Based in the village of Hesley on the outskirts of Tickhill near Doncaster, Hesley Group was established in 1975 and we provide flexible, specialist residential services for adults and children. We aim to offer the best possible care, education and vocational opportunities for young people and adults, with autism who often have a learning disability and complex needs.

We are person centred, outcome focused and quality driven in everything we do. We employ c.1,500 staff from the region playing an integral part in the community. We are now entering an exciting period of change and our people play an essential part in this journey.

Our current incumbent in the position has worked for Hesley Group for 30 years and is due to retire later this year. This is a key position in the business both financially and commercially, and is critical to the delivery of our long term strategy and, as such, you will be energised by the opportunity to have real involvement in the success of the business.
