Investors in People is the UK’s leading people management standard, specialising in transforming business performance through people. At the heart of Investors in People is the Standard, a framework of best practice that’s outcome focused using as assessment based entirely on interviews with people across the organisation. We have been awarded the Investors in People Platinum quality standard and are proud of this recognition of the focus we place on our people.
The Living Wage is set independently, updated annually and calculated according to the basic cost of living in the UK. It enjoys cross party support, with public backing from both the Prime Minister and the Leader of the Opposition. We choose to pay the Living Wage on a voluntary basis to our employees as part of our commitment to reduce the number of families living in poverty. Cyber Essentials is a cyber security standard that uses independent assessment to identify the IT security controls that an organisation needs to have in place to have confidence that they are addressing cyber security effectively and mitigating the risk from internet-borne threats. An organisation’s technology that is exposed to common cyberattacks will typically include internet connected computers, such as desktop PCs, laptops, tablets and smartphones, along with internet connected servers such as email, web and application servers.
